Shipping
Orders will be confirmed and shipped within 24 hours of order. A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to you, and any delays in processing will be communicated immediately.

Delivery
Current online shipping rates are applicable to orders within the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii. Should you be interested in placing an International order, please contact us at info@thirdstreethabit.com to make arrangements.

All orders are shipped via UPS, and ship from Third Street Habit boutique in Philadelphia, PA. Shipping rates are as follows:
Ground Service: Free
3 Day Select: $15 Flat Fee
2nd Day Air: $25 Flat Fee

Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, as well as Third Street Habit Gift Cards. We do not accept cash, checks, money orders or CODs for online purchases.

Sales Tax
Shipments to addresses within the state of Pennsylvania are charged applicable sales tax of 6% on accessories. Addresses within the city of Philadelphia are charged a total of 8% sales tax on accessories. Shipments outside of Pennsylvania are charged no sales tax.

Return/Exchange Policy
Sale Merchandise is FINAL SALE.

Merchandise for return must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all price and hang tags intact.  Shoes must remain in their original packaging. Return/Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise, via email to mailto:info@thirdstreethabit.com. Upon approval of return, you will be issued an "RA number, via email, with must be included with return package. We must receive return packages within 7 days of Return Authorization.

Returned merchandised will be credited in one of two ways: Either a Third Street Habit Gift Card for the full amount of purchase, or a refund to your credit card minus a $25 restocking fee. Please indicate your preference of reimbursement on the RA request. Shipping charges are not refundable.
